If you’re looking to pick your own grapes, We have seven different varieties of grapes for you to pick from. Including Concord, Frontenac, Frontenac Gris, La Crescent, St Croix, Thompson and Valiant. Concord grapes are a medium to large size that are deep blue to purple or almost black. They ar highly aromatic, tangy and sweet with a unique musky flavor.
Frontenac grapes produce a dry red wine (rose) as well as a fortified wine such as Port. The wines made from Frontenac produce a red fruity flavor.
Frontenac Gris grapes produce a wine with aromas of peach and apricot with a hint of citrus and tropical fruit. Its unique and complex flavors also make an excellent table grape.
La Crescent is ideal for off-dry and semi-sweet wines. It will retain some acidity and is a relatively aromatic variety that exhibits flavors of stone fruits like citrus fruits, peach and tropical flavors.
Thompson seedless grapes are a pale green to yellow variety. The grape is of a medium size and has a rather sweet taste. This is an excellent table grape.
Valiant grapes produce a rich and tangy flavor and have a beautiful blue color. It can be made into wine, juices and enjoyed as a table grape.
